The Queenstown Hill Time Walk is a popular 5.6 km return track that ascends 400 metres through pine forest to the summit of Te Tapu-nui. Along the way, you'll encounter informative panels detailing the area's history and the iconic 'Basket of Dreams' sculpture. At the summit, there is panoramic views of Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables, and Queenstown. The hike typically takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours and is suitable for those with moderate fitness levels. Access the trail from the car park on Belfast Terrace.
