Lake Tekapo offers a cute petting zoo experience for visitors of all ages. Located at 48A D’Archiac Drive, just a short walk from the village center, the Lake Tekapo Petting Zoo provides hands-on encounters with a variety of friendly farm animals. Merino sheep, alpacas, kune kune pigs, calves, rabbits, and lambs. The experience includes opportunities to hand-feed the animals, and during certain seasons, you can also bottle-feed the baby lambs. Each entry includes a bag of animal feed, with additional feed available for purchase!
