Lýsulaugar is a geothermal bath that is filled with naturally hot mineral water. It is rich in green algae (chlorella) and various minerals and is thought to have a soothing and healing effect on the body. Because of that the water is not clear but quite green. No chemicals are added to the water. There are also hot tubs there. I enjoyed my visit.
