Juanda International Airport is located in the East Java province, approximately 12 kilometers from Surabaya. It is one of the busiest airports in Indonesia and just recently became a hub for airlines such as Citilink, Garuda Indonesia, Lion Air, Indonesia AirAsia and Sriwijaya Air. The airport has two terminals which serve both domestic and international flights with an impressive mix of high hat roof designs from Rumah adat Sumba as well as Java-Malay architecture themes.
