Alexandros Papagos Square is located in Pigadia. You probably notice the different architecture of the building on the square. This Italianate building honours the Greek army officer who commanded the Greek army during World War II in the Greek Civil War.

There are regular gatherings or holiday celebrations here. In the summer evenings, it is always crowded here. Especially Greek youths play in the square.
