Indian Rasoi in Carouge is a popular spot serving up authentic, hybrid Indian cuisine that's a hit with locals and visitors alike. The restaurant's modern atmosphere, friendly service, and diverse menu make it a go-to for those craving flavorful dishes from India: The chef himself is from New Delhi, and previously he was working at Mandarin Oriental in Geneva before deciding to carve out his own career with his own restaurant! I brought my Indian friend here and she can attest that the food here is solid and legitimate.

Must try here is their pani puri, the lamb briyani and their skewers look amazing as well. For desserts you can't miss out on the beloved kulfi icecream made with pistachio and safron!
