My favourite water town in the city! There is Qibao water town but it is very touristic compared to this one. Look at my highlights on Instagram to see some snaps of this place!

More Info: Zhujiajiao is an ancient town located in the Qingpu District of Shanghai, China that dates back as far as 1700 years ago. The quaint village has many historic sights to explore such as Fangsheng Bridge, Kezhi Garden and the Yuan Jin Buddhist Temple. Its traditional cuisine is widely known, particularly green soybeans, Zarou, and lotus roots. Transportation within the village is mainly boat because of its many waterways. For the modern-day tourist, recent overdevelopment of the town with new shopping and entertainment complexes threaten the authenticity of the village.
