This very small specialty coffee spot has quietly built a reputation for doing things exceptionally well. The coffee is excellent, but what really stands out is the cinnamon bun. Rams Roasters' cinnamon bun, or "Korvapuusti in Finnish" is honestly one of the best I’ve had in Helsinki. It's perfect!
The bun is slightly on the expensive side compared to a typical café, but once you try it, it makes sense. It’s clearly made with love rather than mass-produced. This is not just something you grab on the go; it’s something you sit down and enjoy, if you manage to get a seat.
Because the space is limited at the cafe, a good tip is to take your cinnamon bun to go and walk over to Kaivopuisto in a few minutes. It’s one of the nicest parks in the city and a perfect place to enjoy it, especially on a sunny day.
Opening hours are usually focused around mornings and early afternoons (10-17), and the place can get busy, especially on weekends. If you’re exploring the area, this is a stop worth making. Especially if you love cinnamon buns!
