Located in the village of Näsby near the church, this small museum gives a wonderful look into life in the Finnish archipelago. The site includes about ten traditional wooden buildings, such as a boat museum, motor museum, and a boat workshop right by the sea. Nearby, you can also explore exhibits on farm life from the area’s past.

The museum is run by local volunteers and offers a peaceful, authentic experience of the archipelago’s culture and history. It’s a great stop to understand how people lived and worked in these coastal communities for generations.

The museum is open during the summer months, with hours that vary from Tuesday to Sunday. Admission is modest 5€ and well worth it for anyone interested in Finnish maritime heritage and rural life.

Guided tours can be arranged for groups by prior booking.
