Parikkala Sculpture Park is a quirky collection of nearly 500 concrete figures created by Finnish artist Veijo Rönkkönen over 50 years. The sculptures, mostly human figures in strange poses, have a creepy yet fascinating vibe with their sunken eyes and ghoulish grins. Rönkkönen, a bit of a recluse, never showcased his work outside his home during his lifetime. Now the park is open to all visitors and also offers guided tours for those curious about this unique and eerie art display.
