BonTon & Co is where I go when I want to treat myself. It's a unique restaurant in Dawson City with a really unique atmosphere. Not only do they craft delicious espresso and to-go meals, but their in-house butcher/charcutier also utilizes nearly every part of an animal to make sausages, salamis, and more. Offering small plates, tapas, and mezze style food inspired from around the world, BonTon transports you to an international eatery right here in the Yukon!

In the evenings they serve a different menu inspired by the freshest seasonal ingredients available. You need to make reservation because it books up fast! They utilize all of the animal in the creation of our dishes which centre around local meat and produce harvested in and around our sub-arctic region. Products from the Klondike are combined with international flavours and cooking techniques to create exciting, fresh and vibrant dishes.
