Village Bakery and Deli is located at the heart of Haines Junction. It is a family-owned bakery and deli that offers a variety of freshly-baked breads, cheese bread sticks (my favorite) pastries, and cakes as well as coffee, tea, etc. They also serve a selection of deli sandwiches, breakfast wraps, salads, and soups. The friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make it a great place to grab a bite to eat or pick up a roadtrip snack. I love sitting outside on their deck, it's great place to strike up a conversation with locals or fellow travellers!
