Singing mushrooms in Icelandic landscape

Message from Dani Guindo

Tvísöngur is a quirky sound sculpture in Seyðisfjörður, East Iceland, shaped like interconnected mushrooms or igloos. Created by German artist Lukas Kühne, it consists of domes with different resonances that amplify tones in Icelandic musical tradition. Visitors can explore the acoustics inside the domes and have fun singing and experimenting with sound. The sculpture offers a unique and peaceful experience, with stunning views of Seyðisfjörður town and the surrounding mountains. It's definitely worth a visit for some musical fun and a touch of mystique in the mountainside setting.
