Bondhusvatnet is an idyllic hiking spot. After a 2.5 km walk from the parking lot you arrive at Bondhusvatnet. The path is surrounded by amazing nature with tall waterfalls and taller mountains. Bondhusvatnet is a drinking water reservoir so it’s illegal to go swimming here. If you want you can continue up to visit the glacier that is the source of the water, which takes close to an hour.
