Vøringfossen is a wonderful waterfall in Eidsfjord kommune. There are two ways to see this lovely waterfall. One way is to drive to the Fossil hotel, where there are good viewpoints of the waterfall from above.

The other way to see Vøringsfossen is by walking to it. By starting from Fossatromma/Vøringfoss cafeteria you get a 3 7 km hike one way that will take about 2-3 hours. You could also start the hike from Storegjel, and that would take only 1-1.5 hours one way.
