20 meters high waterfall in Þingvellir National Park. It flows from the river Öxará and falls into the rift in between the North American and Eurasian tectonic plates.
From the Visitor's Center at Þingvellir Parking P1, walk the path between tectonic plates (Almannagjá) for about 15 - 20 minutes. The path is accessible for most with only a few stairs along the way.
Note that in winter the path can become slippery. Crampons/microspikes are recommended.
