Gryllefjord is where you catch the ferry from Senja to the town of Andenes on the neighboring island of Andøya.

Most people come here just to catch the ferry, and if you do get stuck having to wait for the next ferry (the lines can be really long in summer), at least you have a scenic place to wait. Kill some time by strolling by the harbor and looking for jellyfish off the docks!
