The Manukau Heads Lighthouse is a beautifully restored lighthouse located on the rugged Awhitu Peninsula. It's one of only a few in New Zealand open to the public, and if you walk up to the top, you'll get 360-degree views of the harbour, Tasman Sea, and surrounding farmland.
