All Danes remember their first canal tour or as we call it in Danish “Kanalrundfart”.

This open flat boat takes you on a beautiful sightseeing tour on the channels and in the harbor of Copenhagen.

This is such a fun way to see Copenhagen and get some indsight to our history and culture as the boat tours come with a guide who usually speaks multiple languages.

Even after going on many Canal tours we still do it when we visit Denmark during the summer.

You can say its a cultural thing for us to do.
