Named after an Uzbek-Soviet poet. He was one of the most influential writers of the 20th century. Abdulla Qodiri station, opened on October 6, 2001,

Although this station is not particularly beautiful or special compared to other subway stations, we liked the perfectly symmetrical design of the lobby and the blue and red glass patterns in the marble columns. We particularly liked the delicate gold chandeliers that illuminated the station.
