Classic Swiss mountain town with the famous Matterhorn view. Completely car-free so you arrive by train and use electric taxis. Very touristy and expensive but worth it for the mountain access and vibe. Great hiking in summer, world-class skiing in winter. Books up fast during peak seasons and everything's pricey. The whole town revolves around that iconic peak. It's my personal favorite town in winter.
