I usually go to Pesa Pubblica for drinks as it's a nice spot, perfectly located in Porta Venezia. Though they also have a restaurants, but not sure how the food is.

Drinks are great and also prices are in the standard 10/15€ of Milan. It's a great spot if you are in the area.
