The Titlis Cliff Walk is the highest suspension bridge in Europe at 3,041m, located on the Titlis Engelberg glacier.

The bridge stretches 100m between two rock faces, hanging 500 meters above a chasm below.

Bridge: 100 m long • 1 m wide • 500m high

How to get there

To get to the bridge from Engelberg, you ride the 8-person "Titlis Xpress" cable car to Trübsee. Then switch to the rotating "Titlis Rotair" cable car up to the glacier. After exiting the cable car station, it's a short walk on the snow to reach the suspension bridge.

There is an automated photo booth so your whole group can take a pic together on the bridge.

Location: Titlis cable cars - Gerschnistrasse 12, 6390 Engelberg

Open: year round, except 2 week maintenance break in November. The cable cars run daily 8:30 - 17:00. See current schedule.

Cost: you'll need a ticket to ride the cable cars, but no extra fee to walk on the bridge
