Foroglio is my favorite village in the area, and it's incredible picturesque. Definitely take some time and explore all the small streets because around every corner, you'll find another great angle.

A highlight is, of course, the waterfall that gives the place its very special charm.

Since Foroglio is now somewhat more well-known, I recommend either coming early in the morning or towards the evening. However, you should note that it takes a bit longer for the sun to rise over the mountains in the valley, and it also gets relatively shady early. In the off-season and during the week, there are generally fewer visitors there.
