The Three Sisters are only accessible at low tide. Start your walk at the Three Sisters freedom campground and make sure to watch your step! This trail can get very muddy depending on the conditions, so I recommend walking there barefoot. Visiting at sunset is the best time in my opinion, if the tide is low of course. On a clear day, you'll have a stunning view of Mount Taranaki as well.
