Devils Courthouse is a beautiful hike off the Blue Ridge Parkway north of Brevard. The lookout is about a half mile up the hill from the overlook.

Although it is steep uphill to get there, it goes quite quickly and it's good payoff for the workout.

I've heard this spot is spectacular in the fall, but I have yet to visit it during that time. If you do a drive of the parkway I recommend adding this as a quick stop off to stretch the legs.
