This 7-day summer itinerary, crafted by long-time locals and a past USA tour guide, dives into the exhilarating side of Jackson Hole. Hike incredible trails, see wildlife roaming around, feel the rush of whitewater on the Snake River, and eat some amazing food! With options for via ferrata, hot springs, and more, this guide points you to the local spots for adrenaline-pumping experiences and rewards you with the majestic beauty of the Tetons. 2 days are reserved for exploring all of the lower loop of Yellowstone, which has some of the most incredible sights you've ever seen in your life! Get ready to push your limits and discover Jackson Hole's wilder side.

Welcome to Jackson Hole! Today is your first day and we're so excited you're here!

Throughout each day, it's always a good idea to have a bag with you filled with snacks, bear spray (can be rented at the airport or in town), water, and a light layer you can take on and off.

Today we're starting with some sightseeing then straight to adventures in Teton Park and visiting Teton Village (the location of Jackson Hole Ski Resort in the winter.)

I've added some suggestions of hotels and free campgrounds that we love to the day today (all in the town of Jackson) but it definitely depends on how early you book and what you find open.
