Here’s your guide to exploring Roaring Billy Falls ⬇️

🥾 Trail: A gentle 1 km return walk through lush rainforest on a well-formed gravel path. It’s an easy, family-friendly track with a few steps near the end.

🅿️ Access/Parking: Signposted carpark right off State Highway 6—about 30 mins from Haast township.

📏 Difficulty: Very easy! Great for a leg stretch on a West Coast road trip, suitable for all fitness levels.

🌊 Secret: The best view is down by the riverbed!

👧👦 Family-friendly: Absolutely! This one’s perfect for kids—just keep an eye on them if you head to the riverbed.

🦮 Dog-friendly: Nope! This one’s in Mount Aspiring National Park, so no pups allowed.

🌞 Shade: Mostly shaded under dense beech forest—great for hot days or a rainy forest wander.

🚽 Facilities: No toilets here.

🗑️ Leave no trace: Stick to the trail, pack out your rubbish, and help protect this wild, mossy corner of Aotearoa 🌿
