A secluded spot at a "beach" on the River Severn where kids can paddle in the river (with caution and supervision!) and it makes for a lovely picnic spot.

The walk is about 1.5 miles to get to the beach and takes you through woodlands, over the steam train tracks and around the reservoir until you follow the river on your left to the spot which is around ///mock.whizzing.moment

I'd suggest taking something to sit on like a picnic blanket because although it's a beach type thing it's not ideal to sit directly down on without getting a bit dirty.

There's no amenities or anything there so go prepared!
