If you're a coffee lover and you're heading to Kyoto, you've no doubt heard about % ARABICA Kyoto Higashiyama!

Nestled in the beautiful Higashiyama district, it’s just a 10-minute walk from Kiyomizu-dera, so you can grab a coffee after exploring the temple.

The place has a cool, minimalist vibe and, of course, those iconic % cups.

Whether you’re into a classic espresso or something a bit more adventurous, we're told the coffee is seriously good.

That said, once again the line-ups were huge, so we missed out.

We came back early the next morning to wander the district minus the crowds, but sadly, the café was shut. Guess we’ll have to try again next time!
