Consider yourself lucky if you score a spot here, since this parking lot at Torsfjord is the easiest, most convenient parking place for hiking to Kvalvika Beach.

That said, space is limited, and if you try and park along the road there's a chance you'll end up with a fine.

When we hiked Kvalika it was mid-June, and the weather was less than perfect. We managed to find a spot that day, but we can imagine that in busier times you'll need a little bit of luck.

IF this lot is full, there's another paid parking lot in Innersand, as well as by Fredvang school. If you plan to take the direct route to Ryten, there are parking lots closer to the dirt Ryten trailhead.
