The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa in Riverside began as a small adobe guest house in 1876 and eventually grew into one of the most elaborate historic hotels in California. The building features Spanish Gothic and Mission Revival architecture and has hosted numerous presidents and celebrities.

Because of its long history, guests and staff have reported paranormal experiences, including mysterious footsteps and apparitions in the hotel’s hallways.
