Last Dollar Road is one of the easier passes in the area, however don't be caught off guard, as it can quickly turn MESSY after a rain. This is a beautiful drive an alternative way to get from Ridgway to Telluride and back.

If there has been recent rain, I wouldn't attempt this drive without high clearance and 4x4 with mountain driving experience.
