Fessisseeli is special hidden spot, great for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts in Glarus, Switzerland. It features countless small lakes (known as "Seelein" locally) located below the Gufelstock (2436m). The area offers stunning views of Swiss landscape and is known for its beautiful scenery.

HIKE DETAILS:

Start: The hike starts at Ennenda Seilbahn, where you need to take the cable car up to 1446 meter. The hike is an out and back hike and the total distance is 10km with 823 meter of elevation gain. Follow the signs towards Gufelstock.

You can also hike up to the Gufelstock peak for the best views.

TIP: bring your swimming suit, the lakes are perfect for swimming.
