Kanazawa Sainoniwa Hotel

A little outside the center, but quiet and well put together. They run a free shuttle to the station, which helps. Rooms are bigger than usual for Japan, and the design leans clean and simple with some Japanese touches. The garden views and bath area are the main draw. It's a good place to wind down after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of variety, mostly local ingredients. Feels more calm and refined than central city hotels without being overly fancy.
