Worth a little trip outside the city with a cab or the bus. U Holuba is a "Czech style" spot loved by both locals and Bratislavians. The menu is short and simple, lot of meat and sauces, don't miss the great starters from the local and seasonal ingredients. The dishes are minimalistic, but hearty and bursting with deep tastes. They are the award-winning place four pouring Pilsner Urquell beer, righly so as I've never had a better one in Slovakia.
