Not necessarily the cleanest hotel I've stayed at, but I didn't have any issues with my capsule. Each capsule closed fully, had a lockable locker, access to the bathroom, and showers in the basement. Males and females are separated by floor, so if you're traveling with a group you'll be split up. I do not recommend if you're claustrophobic, otherwise a fun experience.
