Pembroke Road is one of the best photography spots to get an iconic shot of the road lining up with Taranaki Maunga.

The directions to this pin will take you to the exact location to get this shot. Make sure you use the pullout further up the road to park, do NOT park on the side of the road!

Look out for fast cars, as this is an open country road and visibility is limited. If you choose to stop here I would also highly recommend bringing somebody along to be your spotter.
