The Copenhagen Main Library, located in the city center, is a large public library with an entire floor for children. The children's floor, called LÆS ("read"), is divided into two areas, one for "big kids" and one for "little kids." The "little kids" play area is a great, free indoor option when the weather is less-than-ideal for playgrounds. On the "big kids" side, there isa coloring area, eating area, and bathrooms with diaper changing stations. You can also visit Democratic Coffee on the ground floor of the library for a coffee and pastry fix.
