The Finger Lakes region is famous for having the ideal growing conditions for grapes, but some of the very best wines are produced around Seneca Lake.

Visiting Wagner Vineyards is a must if you enjoy wine and beautiful scenery. Located on the eastern shore of Seneca Lake, Wagner Vineyards is one of the oldest and most recognized wineries in the area.

Wagner Vineyards produces a variety of wines, including Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc among others. You can sample their wines in their tasting room and enjoy panoramic views of the vineyard and Seneca Lake.

In addition to the winery, Wagner Vineyards is also home to Wagner Valley Brewing Co, one of the oldest craft breweries in the Finger Lakes. If you're a beer enthusiast, you can enjoy a selection of brews ranging from pale ales to stouts.

If you're hungry, there's a casual cafe at Wagner Vineyards with a menu that pairs well with their wines and beers. The cafe overlooks the vineyards and the lake, providing a picturesque setting for a meal.

The winery and brewery are open daily all year round, but it's best to double check their hours before you go.
