This is one of the most laid back wine tasting experiences on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail. Just walk in, pick from six different tasting flights, and they give you everything at once with a detailed card guiding you through the wines, tasting notes, and fermentation process. It's the perfect place to sit and taste a bunch of different wines at your leisure.
This family-owned winery has been operating for over 50 years and features both a spacious indoor tasting room and an outdoor patio.
What to try:
Tony's Red - their signature chillable red
Pinot Blanc - one of the few wineries producing this varietal on Seneca Lake
Cabernet Franc/Lemberger blend - aged separately then blended – this was my absolute favorite!
Tasting experience: I chose the "Sibling Rivalry" flight, which featured related wines made with slight variations. It was fascinating to learn how different fermentation processes of the same grape create such distinct wines.
