This was taken during a flight with @charlyjordan and Sky Helicopters over North Vancouver for sunrise. Doors off is amazing but you have to keep in mind it is also a lot colder (probably 10-20 degrees celcius colder than on the ground depending on wind). You also have a trade off where when you take the doors off, you can't go as fast because of wind resistance so you can't go as far. Either way I'd 100% recommend doing a custom sunrise tour to some cool spots with Sky Helicopters or BC Helictopers that are located about an hour outside of Vancouver.
