🇬🇧 When I first tried the wine and Vinarija Marijanović I wouldn't trust my tastebuds – it's so fruity, fresh and flavourful and Marijanović is definitely one of my favourite Wineries in the country. Family-owned since four generations, quality is much more important for them than quantity so all their wines are strictly limited. I recommend doing a tasting of their wines with some mezze – typical Herzegovinian snacks like cheeses, cured meats and olives – and then enjoy the sunset and the view over the beautiful vineyards with a glass of wine in hand.

*I recommend you make a reservation for a wine tasting beforehand (or contact me on Instagram @kathi.daniela and I'll happily make it for you), as they are a small business and are not always available.

🇩🇪 Marijanović ist definitiv eines meiner Lieblingsweingüter des Landes. Als ich den Wein und Vinarija Marijanović zum ersten Mal probiert habe, konnte ich gar nicht fassen, wie gut er ist – so fruchtig und frisch. Seit vier Generationen in Familienbesitz, ist Qualität den Marijanovićs wichtiger als Quantität, daher sind alle Weine streng limitiert. Am besten gehst du am späten Nachmittag – dann kannst du den Ausblick über die Weinberge mit einem Glas Wein in der Hand zum Sonnenuntergang genießen.
