The Monument to the Revolution ‘Mrakovica’ (Spomenik Slobode) is a memorial sculpture commemorating the deaths of 9,921 Yugoslav partisans during the Kozara battle in WWII. The structure is massive and you can enter it – inside, it looks as if there are no walls holding it together at all. Definitely worth a visit! (Entering the National Park costs 2 KM that have to be paid in cash)

Das Denkmal der Revolution "Mrakovica" (Spomenik Slobode) erinnert an den Tod von 9.921 jugoslawischen Partisanen während der Kozara-Schlacht im Zweiten Weltkrieg. Das Bauwerk ist riesig und du kannst es betreten - im Inneren sieht es aus, als gäbe es keine Wände, die es zusammenhalten. Ein Besuch lohnt sich auf jeden Fall! (Der Eintritt in den Nationalpark kostet 2 KM, die in bar bezahlt werden müssen)
