🇬🇧 The colorful mosque in Travnik may not be a real hidden gem, but it is so worth seeing! It was built relatively late during Ottoman rule (in the 18th century), but it is still one of the most beautiful buildings in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Even from the outside, I can't help but marvel at how beautiful the ornamental decorations are every time I'm there, and the interior is even more impressive. So if you have the time, go visit 😊

🇩🇪 Die Bunte Moschee in Travnik ist vielleicht kein richtiger Geheimtipp, aber so sehenswert! Erbaut wurde sie relativ spät während der Herrschaft der Osmanen (im 18. Jahrhundert), aber sie gehört dennoch zu einem der schönsten Bauwerke in Bosnien-Herzegowina. Schon von außen kann ich jedes Mal, wenn ich dort bin, gar nicht mehr aus dem Staunen herauskommen, wie schön die Ornamentverzierungen sind und der Innenraum ist nochmal ganz besonders beeindruckend.
