Xhiro is a big Albanian tradition and basicially just means to go for a stroll. When it's less hot after sunset, people gather in the streets, go for a walk, chat with friends and neighbours, grab a coffe or an ice creamand just spend time outdoors. Nowhere we saw as many people our for a Xhiro as in Berat so if you want to partake in an Albanian tradition, this is what you wanna do at night here.
