You can reach this fortress by a really easy, 20- to 30-minute hike. On the hike and from the fortress, you have an amazing view of Herzegovina. The fortress itself is from the times of the Bosnian kingdom, so it's an important part of Bosnian history. Hiking up in the morning might be a good idea, especially in summer, when it gets really hot during the day. After your hike, you can go for lunch at one of the restaurant at the Buna river – enjoy some fresh trout and mangold with potatoes.
