"The Goldfish" is really Sarajevo's quirkiest bar, full of yugo memorabilia and antiques. the vibe is really unique, i haven't seen a bar like this anywhere else i've traveled. yes, it's a bit on the pricey side and it's tiny (and they don't accept reservations, so you just have to try your luck) but the experience is a must. try rakija or bosnian wine (marijanovic is best, if you as me!)
