I love this place for it's chill vibe and seaside strolls. Just park your car and walk along their promenade, popping into the antique and boho shops lining the street. I have added a few places in Kalk Bay in this guide as well, but the best thing is to just walk around and explore – it's a tiny town but you can easily spend 2 or 3 hours here. Just make sure to walk to the harbour – you can always see some seals there, waiting for a treat from the fishermen coming back into the harbour. Kalk Bay is a perfect stop on the way to the Cape of Good Hope! Tip: If you can, avoid coming on the weekend because it get's packed and there is always a traffic jam as long as the whole town!
