It's not that great for sunbathing or swimming but it's pet friendly and perfect for long beach walks. Plus, it's a paradise for kite- and windsurfers from around the world. You know what that means though: Don't wear your hair open and bring long clothes on windy days or you get a free peeling. Bloubergstrand is also great for a sunset walk, and afterwards you can have dinner in one of the many restaurants directly by the promenade.
